I am unable to process so much emotion, so much pain, so much distress. You are both hurting in ways that no one should hurt, in ways that will affect your children, whether you think they know what's going on or are oblivious to the situation with their parents.
I pray that you both seek help, that you both spend silent time talking to God about what is, as well as what needs to be. Sometimes, we don't get what WE want when we pray, but often we hear the answer we need. Listen.
